Extended Deep plane facelift, buccal fat reduction, upper and lower lid blepharoplasty with fat transfer, lip lift

This patient had facial aging concerns and wanted to beautify her face.

We performed this case in a staged approach. Her upper eyelids were hooding so a lateral browlift along with an upper lid blepharoplasty was performed with buccal fat reduction. We then performed lower lid blepharoplasty to address the eye "bags" along with fat transfer and a lower face and neck lift using my signature deep plane approach. She noticed her lip had lengthened over time and we addressed this as well with a subnasal lip lift.
