Deep Plane Necklift
This patient had always had a full neck. Even when he lost weight it was still not defined. He traveled to see Dr. Ivey from New Zealand because of the results he had seen on social media.
A deep necklift was performed through an incision under the chin and behind the ear. His bulky salivary glands and digastric muscles were sculpted and deep fat was also removed. His after photos show him 2 years later when he finally returned to Maui for a vacation. He did not lose any weight during this time period. His result is stable and natural.
