Lateral Browlift, Lower eyelid blepharoplasty, Secondary Extended Deep Plane Lower Face and Neck Lift, Revision Rhinoplasty

This beautiful patient had prior surgery years ago that did not meet her expectations.  The tip of her nose had fallen and the minilift she had long ago did not lead to any long lasting change.

We performed a lateral browlift in order to eleviate some of the brow strain she was having and to help skin redrape.  A revision extended deep plane lower face and neck lift was performed to restore her midface volume and improve overall laxity.  A lower lid skin excision along with a small amount of fat reduction was performed.  A tip rhinoplasty was performed to elevate the tip and restore her nose to how hit used to look years ago before her first rhinoplasty.
